About This Print
Twilight Over the Rockies was captured on an early morning drive out to the Alberta foothills with one goal, to catch the full moon setting over the Rockies before the light changed. What arrived alongside it was unexpected: a soft pink spreading across the horizon as the moon descended, the mountains appearing to glow from within as the sky brightened behind them. The final image is a 40-frame panorama shot at 600mm, the only way to do justice to a scene that was simply too wide, too grand, to fit in any single frame.
This is a limited edition Master Collection fine art landscape photography print, available on Hahnemühle German Etching 310gsm cotton rag paper and as an acrylic face mount, the same archival standards used by fine art galleries worldwide. The Alberta foothills offer some of the most expansive views of the Rocky Mountain front ranges at dawn, with unobstructed sightlines that are impossible to find from within the mountains themselves. Produced in a strictly limited run, hand-signed and numbered, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Once the edition sells out, it will not be reprinted.

- Printed on German Etching hahnemuhle — a heavyweight, textured matte paper used in museum archival printing. Rich tonal depth. Warm, tactile surface.
- Frames are custom build from a selection of wood mouldings. Glass on all local orders and acrylic on all orders that need to be shipped to prevent breakage.
