What type of materials are used for the prints?
You can choose between 5 different print types, paper, acrylic, metal, canvas and framed canvas. More info about these is in the materials section found here.
How is the print quality ensured for fine art landscape photography?
We only use the highest quality material from some of the best printers in the industry. The quality of these prints are guaranteed to impress you.
What sizes are available for the prints?
A large variety of sizes is available, all sizes are available from the dropdown menu on the product page. Custom sizes are also available upon request. More info about print sizes can be found here.
Can I order a custom size that’s not listed on the website?
Yes! I can accommodate any size for any space, and if you need a larger piece that what I have listed please contact me!
Do you offer framing services for the prints?
No, I do not currently offer any framing options. If you would like to purchase a frame with your print please contact me and I can give you some quotes,
Product & Care
How do I clean my artwork?
Please only use a high-quality microfiber cloth to wipe any dust or dirt from your piece. Do not use any harsh chemicals to wash it!
How do I hang my artwork?
All pieces come ready to hang right out of the box, with all wall mounting hardware included! They are incredibly easy to hang so you can enjoy your new art in no time.
What if I can't decide which print will look best on my wall?
Please contact me and I will provide a free digital art preview if you are interested in buying a piece. I will take a photo of your space and send you a mockup of any images you would like to see.
How do I handle my piece safely once it arrives?
As soon as you get your new piece you must take care not to damage it when handling. The edges of the acrylic mount prints can crack if they are dropped or have too much pressure put on them.
Shipping & Delivery
How are the prints packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition?
All prints will be packaged and mailed knowing how fragile they are, if it arrives damaged at all I will either fully refund you or issue a reprint.
What are the shipping options and estimated delivery times?
All prints are made as ordered, as soon as the printing process is complete (2-8 days) I will ship it right away and send you the tracking info, shipping times depend on the time of year but generally is around 1-7 business days.
Is my artwork insured during transit?
Yes! We'll replace or repair any damages that happen during transit from our production facility to the destination address listed on your order. We cannot insure shipments once they have been transported from the original delivery destination.
Warranty & Returns
Do the pieces comes with a warranty for damage?
Yes. When you receive your artwork, please examine it thoroughly to ensure there is no damage or defects. I will organize a replacement piece for you if the damage is reported in the first 7 days of receiving the artwork. I cannot replace or refund you after this window so please check it over thoroughly!
Do you have a return policy?
Each print is custom made, and as such I am unable to offer returns or exchanges. If you do purchase a piece and it doesn't fit the way you expected, please reach out to me!
If my item arrived damaged what should I do?
If this package shows signs of damage, you must inspect the package before signing for it. Please do not refuse delivery. Instead, ensure that the driver notes that the piece was damaged. Please keep the original packaging, including the box. Submit 4 photographs of the box and any damage to the art to james@jamesandrewfineart.com immediately. A request for repair or replacement can only be honored if submitted within 7 days of delivery.
